In a FREE, 20 minute, one-on-one private consult, you will learn how to:

~ Use the Reformer Machine ~

~ Basic movements and exercises ~

~ General class structure ~

~ Discuss any concerns, injuries or goals ~

~ Other classes and offerings at TBC ~

A great way to get familiar with the equipment, movements and a first hand understanding that you don’t ‘need to be flexible’ to do Pilates! This session is designed for YOU. We can demonstrate, or you can participate.
